Alis Birthday Card

Well Im not really great with cards ...but i do believe this one came out great ..Im so excited and Im on time for once ..Yeah for me ...This is Ali's card our Grand baby in Co.

I used The Angel Companys " Ice Cream" stamp set , and also out Ulta-smooth White Cardstock , then I had to try our crop-a-dile and it's Wonderful ..I squeezed to hard and you dont have too just a little squeeze goes along way , and if you have a party right now of 100.00 or more you can get the Crop-a-dile for half price ..Cant beat that and sometyhing else like the 'Bind- It-ALl , or the Score -Pal ....Anyway with a stamp this cute how can you make a bad card HUH?? Oh I also used Liquid Applique for the Whip topping on the Ice Crean Sunday and banana Split ..

April ATC's

Hurray ..I got something more done ...Here are my new atc's using The Butterfly Swirls Stamp from the Angel company in our Spring Suppliment and also Wonderful day , also from the angel company ..The backround for the butterfly was done using the K-pad and Alcohol and ya know I sprinkled a little salt on there as well ..and when it dryed it wasnt dark enough for me so I dumped the salt and and did the whole process again ..

Then crazy me got tired of the Bryer so I just got different ink ( one color) and rubbed the ink pad all over the glossy paper then gave the ink pad a good twist in places so there would be more , and darker ink and ya know it was great so mu

ch so I made a bunch of different colors , to have on hand when needed ...So Im into Jewels so I had bought some jewels from Walmart a while back they were discounted for .50cent and they were jewels to use to decorate your cell phone holder ..I have tons ..So ladies always check out the sales bin and I dont care if it's used for automotive, it might also be get for your cards and Scrapbooks ..

One Step Further

Okay so I had to go one step further with this as I love my stamps and I thought why couldnt you stamp on these so I did ..and I think we did okay ..I used staz-on after i painted the whole rock white and then I used Patio Paint to color in and sprayed for protction ..so It's differnt Yard art , but cute ...So the Duck is mine and the wolf is Vinny's but the backround we freehand how cool huh??

Rocks

Well cant believe it ..But's it's true ..Vinny ( My HUbby ) are Painting Rocks ..Yep thats right Rocks ..After seeing this lady on the Carol Duval Show we had to try and I dont know what it is , but it's kinda fun ...Vinny does everything free hand and so did I ..so here they are ...OKay so mine is the house free hand ,and I love it and the other two are Vinnys Freehand I was impressed.anyway great way to decorate the garden ...

Newest ATC"S

Okay , so here are my newest ATC's ..I just love makeing these and I love looking at large cards and making them small ..Like my St Pattys Shaker Card ..so much fun ...I just dont know that appeal of these little cards , but when you trade and see what diffreent people make , it's amasing ..Ont the two bunnies on the left ..I cut aout part of the ear so it would pop out and have a 3-D type of thing going ..great fun..I the bunnie below was don partly by useing paper pieceing method , for the egg and the egg paper was marbled..Love it ..

MY Journal...

Okay so where have I been ??Certainly not here on my Blog ..gezzzzzzzzz I must get better , I'm not use to having a blog ..

Anyway I thought I would share with you my Journal ..I just started Weight Watchers ..and well it's very very hard ..I have struggled all my life with weight and finally lost over 140.lbs ...kept it off for about 8 years ...then I got married and Moved to the High Co. Mountains and had nobody, so I ate ..Not even thinking about what all I went threw to loose this Poundage ..which I said I would never put on again ..I mean you just don't know how nice it is to be healthy and what a high I remember it was to buy a 3.00 Hoodie off the sale rack in Med ..Well then here I am again the old road and I want to cry sometimes .

Well This Journal is suppose to help me I will write every day how I'm feeling , the struggles I'm going through and Ill have Scriptures to read and hopefully up lifting ATC's I asked my Friends to send me so I can put them in my journal and know someone cares ..cuz truly Al's I have is my Cyb er friends..They are very ,very special to me ..

So anyway after I loose this weight and I WILL ..I want to have a journal I can look at whenever I want that EXTRA BIG, HUGE PIECE OF CHOCOLATE, CHOCOLATE GOOEY CAKE ...I can look and see all the trails I went threw and maybe think twice about it ..

Hope this will inspire others ...and I would love if there is anyone how would give encouragement and things to put in my book ..

So to the right is a upside down pick of the inside of my book and a nice quote my friend sent me , as we trade ATC's I but it in a baseball card holder and atached it and now I will be inspired everyday ...

Tiles

OKay , I love doing these Tiles ...But I wanted to make them good and have been experimenting with the Clear Ones as I think they are richer and more fun ..I found that if you use Sparkels they will even add a new demention and then in this first Girl Tile I used a metalic red heart and boy that stands out Great ..dang it didnt scan very well but spakelies went all thru the Tile ...

Now this girl on the right is much better as I found out how to intenseify the colors ..I wish you could see the tile better it's clear blue like Glass ..anyway thought I wuld share ....

Okay this is the one from above I hope you can see it better I just couldnt get the other one off , no delete ..dang there's alot to this blogging thing ..

More ATC's

This was my First ATC ever ...the Theme was something like Someone you love ...so I did it of my Hubby when he was 15 and I was , well I was being born at the time LOL


Now ths is was my 2nd and it had to do with the 50's ...this is all I could come up with , but not bad for only a 2nd time out ...Plus I was just Born in the late 50's so dont have any idea what it's all about ...I just remeber these cuz

So now Im think Im all great ,hahaha and decided to make a shaker St Patty's Card a Year ago ...it came out not so bad ...

Atc's

ATC's ( Artist Trading Cards) are to be traded and not sold .THey are so much fun I love , Love Love to do them ..

Now if you dont know still what they are they are 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 cars of art ..Like Baseball cards ..People all over trade them and you can stamp on them ,Which I love to do and use Paint, Fabric, ribbion, Pictures , Altered Art , Anything you can think of you can do ..It is so much fun to trade and see other peoples Ideas ..you learn and I never get tired of looking at them ...I get into clubs at Splitecoaststampers and they have different Themes ..Like Im in the middle of doing an easter theme for next month ..I will start showing these bits of art Ive done ...some I like and some not so great ,,but im learning ..This was a flower one I did and cut out a bird stamp and used a pop dot to make it 3-D so I used three different stamps ..
