High Hopes for Bev

So this was a card I made for my Friend Bev ..who also happens to be the Pastor's Wife ..Also she is my biggest fan I think hahaha ..She is always so thoughtful and loving I wanted her card to be special as she is ..She is always running around tyring to make sure everyone is taken care of Always thinking of others ..So That's where I got Gods Lil Helper and the Unconditional Love she sure has that ..So what better image to use as a High Hopes image drawn by another someone who Loves Loves Loves the Lord ...So combined the two and its a Great thing ..

I made a T-slide card and found them kinda hard to

decorate as it moves so you cant mess that up .but I did alright I guess ..

So i used 3 images from High Hopes By Crissy Armstrong and two the rocks, sun and cup from I'm not sure hahaha..I colored with My Copics and the swirls I had cut from along time ago and never used them , there from glitter paper , I cut the swirls to meet my needs ..

All in All it made me smile and I think she liked it ..

So here is the Up close part , don't look to close hahaha

So this is the inside ..i did a T-slide card or should I say I had Hubby make the T-slide part hahaha

This will be a quick post .This was a card I made for a Girl at church that I believe turned 18 and so I made it with ALOT of sparkle ..The swirls are out of Glitter paper ..I used flowers and sparkled those up with Glamor mist spray ..Stamped my ticket and colored my Elisabeth Bell image with copics ..I so love this card .

So here is the inside of the POP Up card ...I did a cupcake with little sparkle rhinestones for candy and the sign was stamped ..Not sure who made the stamp ..

Asian Journal With a Twist of Color

So here is a Journal I Got commissioned to do a few months back ..It was for an Asian type theme with the Blue and Green Colors ..Asian is not my thing ..but I did better than I thought I would ..This is a Hardbound Journal that is about 8 X 10 1/2" and Again like i said in a couple postings below I got the idea for the screens from Mary Gizma and then here I used chipboard for the tree and made the flowers from White wool I have , This time Putting a flower in her hair ..Colored with Copics ..I found a site on the web that shows how to make the Kimono and so I made one and it was too big so I put on the inside back cover and made a smaller one to fit the front..I gathered the ribbon on the binding and added flowers.

I them bought the B for her name at Hobby Lobby and Stamp the rest of her name on it and covered that with Stickles so it would shimmer like the B..

On the inside I added a Pocket and made a Fan added doilies to it and braided the string from Embroidery Thread ..Haven't Braided anything since I was little and that was ~~AGES~~ a few day ago ...hahaha

Again I gathered ribbon around the pocket and added flowers to go with the front ..

I think it came out great and I made it for a lady who gave it to her Daughter for Christmas ..They BOTH were very pleased and that in turn makes me happy ..to think something I MAKE can make someones day is a true treasure

Chloe's Card

So this card was for a Girl at our Church Named Chloe and she turned I believe 16 ..I heard she loved this cartoon Namie or something ..and was told this would fit in .. I made the Soji Screen following Mary Giemza Directions .. and then made some Cherry blossoms out of white wool and added a Pearl in them and made tree branch out of heavy card stock ..butterfly's punch from Martha Stewart and Colored with Copics ..She LOVED IT!!! it made me feel so good and she gave me a Handwritten , That's right I said a Handwritten THANK YOU note in perfect Penmanship ..Now days you dont see that at all ..At least not me .. SHe made my day . Not the other way around ..

So Speaking of Sara and her Wonderfull cakes and sweets ( post below ) you have to see the cute as a Button Poodle cake she did for me last year ...Even my Boo Boo Bear Is in awe over it ... I was scared he would eat it hahah... This tho is NOTHING compared to other things shes makes ..( I think Im a a Fan) It was oh so yummy ... So I thought I better show this now as My B-day is coming in a few months and Im sure she will have something even more special ( Wink Wink Sara ) in German Chocolate ..I wonder if she'll know thats what Im wanting aaaaaahhahaha DId I mention how great she is ...( a little kissing up never hurts " SMILE")

Dusting off the ole Blog

So cant believe its almost been a year sense I have posted anything ...I have been busy during this time ,just didn't think anyone was watching but I was wrong as I have had a few people tell me they keep coming, so here I am dusting off the ole blog and hoping to make it a better place to be as I have learned alot I sure hope to inspire others to learn as well ..

So first off I have been doing alot for my Church Family ..I love this church and it has been so Uplifting to me ..The people there are like none others I can say for sure .Family , fun loveing

So first off I would love to tell you about my Sara who Lovingly ( Wink Wink )asked me to put something on my blog ( ahahahahahaa ) I so listen to this girl ...Not really but she would like to think so .right Miss Sara?? haha Seriously she has a heart of Gold and is a wizzzzzzzz with Sugar and Spatula .. What she can do with sugar is Amazing ..cakes, candy , anything, she can do it and oh so cute ..My fav is her Pumpkin Fudge ..Yup Pumpkin so yummy ..You must go see her on face book ..Sara's sweets of sweetwater ..I think that's right if not ill come back and change it ..She will send to you as well thru mail ...Yummy

Anyway She makes wonderful cakes for everyone at church so when it came time for her Birthday Im thinking what do I do ?? I cant do what she does ..so I made her a cake from my world ..the pattern was teeny tinny but hubby made the pattern bigger ..and I make the cake ( Pictured below ) for her ..It has swirls of White Frosting ( cuddle bug swirls embossing folder ) on top and candied flowers ( German Chunky Glass Glitter) ribbons and paper doily sprayed with glimmer mist ..Candy dots on side ( I colored my pearls with copic markers ) and alot of love ..

Inside I added some of my favorite Chocolates Melt away Kisses ..

Also a card made with Tilda holding a cake , colored with copics cut out and put on card that had a sunken window ..I forget what it was called ..Ribbon and a flower I made on the ribbon out of rick rack and some pearls ..

WOW!! Its been along time sense I wrote I have almost forgot what to do ..so above you will see more pictures of the card I made miss Sara ..I love this girl even tho I cant always tell her for the fact she might get Big Head Syndrome ..But like I said she has a heart of gold and Cooks the same way with alot of love ..

Birthday Dragon

So I have started a new church and decided to make a Birthday card for a lady there that I think needed a little lift ..So I used this Dragon from Karens Doodles and Inside i used Huggable Hank from High Hopes ..I colored with copics ..Made my flowers and i did something I havent done is Actually stitch on my card ..I usually use faux sticking ..Its kinda neat ..I wanted it to be bright and cheary..And have an eliment of surpize so when you open it Hank pops up, Giving her many hugs .
I had a very wonderful Person help me with where to put the dark shadows and Highlights as Im so not there yet ..So Missy you know who you are Many Thanks ..

Here is the upclose of the Birday Dragon from Karens Doodles ..I added glossy accents to the table top to make it look like a glass table

Here is the Inside of the card using Huggable Hank ( High Hopes )as a POP up and after I took this picture I also added Happy Birthday Sticker on the pocket to make it look more complete..Also I made little cards for each person so they could send there own message to Michelle and put in pocket ..

So I know I have been gone awhile ..part of it is im going threw that tired thing again and its been rough ( vitamin d and Diabets yuck)But I have still been busy ..coloring ..
So we have started a New Church " Clavery Chapel" I use to go to one in Co and thought all was lost when we couldnt find a church here so I gave up going to church and was pretty sad about it too . But God showed us this one and Now we are happy campers hahah YEAAAAAAAAA
Anyway we went to a barbaeque they had and it was so nice ..we havent been around people in along time and were very lonely ..These people have no idea , NONE how much that day meant to us ...
Well I needed to thank the sweet sweet woman that opened her house to everyone ..
So here is my card ..Colored with Copics ..and decorated with charms , jeweleryfindings , doily and flowers Also I have a SPECIAL ANGEL (who shall not be named ) teaching me to highlight ect I hope I done her proud ....AnyHoo This card seemed to bring a smile to her ..for that I am happy ..Hope you enjoy .I know I did making it ..and I will always remember that day .

So I dont know if anyone has heard of Prayer Shawls , but i make them for people who are going threw a rough time ..I want them surrounded by Gods love ..So I made one for a computer Buddy Dana..

My New Lil Baby

So I would like to Introduse you to the Newest member of our family Mickey ...That goes with our other Goat Maggie ..Mikey and Maggie , Mickey and Maggie Im saying it as a ryhme hahah Im so easily entertained ....So here goes the Story ..He is a Newbin Breed and I have been wanting a baby one for like ever ...But there 200.00 and I can afford that..So my Motto is " It Dont Hurt to Ask " so we have a paper around here where you can place adds for free and you should see the wierd stuff people put it there ..Like Have Car , Runs great needs engine " now how can that be?? hummmmm oh well on to my story again hehe...I put " want New Born Newbein Goat will pay 50.00 ...I thought why not and the add was getting old and I figured No one would call now , But low and Behold I got a call and this girl and her hubby raise them and 5 kids as well and needed the money and so there you have my New Baby ,,,I can sit out there and hold him and he cuddles me and loves me and it blows me away ..I love him ...I want to bring him inside and sleep with me and my dogs but Vinny says NO .Hummmmmmmmmmmmmmm why is that you think ..hhahah anyway here he is and I am in love again ..I NEVER thought I could feel this way about a goat ..

So here is a Journal I made for a Lady as we did a Barter Thing , You give me this and Ill give you that type thing...so I made her this Journal and the card below .I covered a Composition Book and use two stamps trees and Moose and darn if I dont remember where I got them ...so colored with copics and used that tape stuff in the back of picture hahaha I have had it forever and forget whats it called how funny ,,I knew tho that one day I would use it ...How funny .
I also added a Button on the front I also had forever that says bass creek or something like that ..Man I hate getting older Gezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....

This is an Angel company Stamp I have had for like ever and didnt use ..I need to make a card as I trade something with this lady that lives around here for this and a Journal...I colored with copics ..I coved chipborad stars with paper and inked edges and I had that Belt cilp thingy there I got a bunch for 50cents ..now I got to finally use them haha ..Western is not my thing but i think it came out cute ..Who knew I could do western hhaha

So i have been reading my Suspense books again and needed me some bookmarks to i made these ..Used copics to color ..One is Riley Moose and the other is a Lelo cat stamp ..Used lace ,buttons and twine ..I think they came out good ..For once I didnt stress out about my colors and just went for it and im happy , I guess at the end of the day thats all that matters right?? hahahaha

Revised Bird Houses

Okay so I didn't like how my other houses came out So i made them better and love how the bird looks and where I placed the hole for my bird ..I stamped my card stock with a leaf image that went with the color of paper and I glittered my birds Made of card stock as well and I just love them now and there useful , you can put goodies inside without ruining it ..I love useful hehe

3-D Im Hooked

So this is my House that I painted and papered and had lots of fun with ...Its been raining alot here in TN and so Vinny had a bright Idea of Popsicle stick house top and I thought Okay so we worked and Believe me allot of work hahah I added music paper to the ends of the Popsicle Sticks and put distress ink on them and he cut and placed them on , sounds easy right ...Naaaaaaaaaaah after we got the back done which was easy the front had be done and it had to have some fussy cut around the eves ect ..Oh well done now haha
So i glittered it and and went on to the front with my Vintage image and flowers and charm and got one side done with the a key hole and doily and butterfly and more flowers ,,I plan to do the other side and back . I also added buttons to the eves with my wool heart I die cut and some trim around the whole roof ....I am keeping this one but will sell some on my esty ..I'm making a bigger one now and used lace on the roof ..So pretty ..when I'm done ill show it ..

So here is the Hoouse opened I lined it and as you can see the whole top just comes off , wouldnt this be nice to give to someone with cards in it or candy or some goodies ...Im hooked ..

Late Christmas

Hey , I know I have been gone ...Havent been real well and couldnt walk cuz I had and still have a little an Acillis ( have no idea how to spell that haha) heal and its very very painful ..but now im limping along alot better ..
So whats up with Chritmas in March ?? Well I didnt get my Cyber Buddy Dana her Christmas to her ,It sat and sat and I wanted to wrap it nice as it was very late ...
So I made this box with an Easel Card up top and Yes I did Christmas Theme as it was a Christmas present ...and I tucked all her little goodies in there ..it is a 6x3 box ..Pretty sturdy and it nicely fit stmaps and jems and stuff ..I used High Hopes Stamp and Colored with my copics ..I dont know what else to say ..Tada i guess hahaha

So Here is the Side View where the drawer opens and ontop , what it says under the Eseal Card

This is the Front of the Drawer and the Inside ...You can open it , it's sturdy .

Bird Box

I know it's been awhile Im slow I guess ..Here is a 4 drawer box I made with Easel card on top ..I love this one so much ..I used my copics to color . the stamp is from I Brake for Stamps , I made the bird in the corner from my wool I have in my stash and added a silk ribbion stitch on it with a pearl ..I used pink glitter on scroll and tea dyed lace under the bird ..
its an easel card so it lies flate or up right ..how nice would it be to get something like that in the mail with little goodies like buttons or ribbions , lace even a chocolate or two ..haha
I do believe this will go up in my Esty shop and if anyone would like a kit I would sell that as well , so you can add your ow touches ..

As always my" Up Close and Personal :I sponged some Ink on the bird house to make it have a wood effect ..

A Little Girl Needs Our Help

Hey Buddys out there in Cyber land ..I have some sad news to share and it just touched my heart ..
Here is Part of the Email that was sent to Dustin Pike ..He is the New Stamp Designer at High Hopes.

On Friday, December 11th, 2009 my friends daughter Delia was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. She is 10 yrs old and is currently being treated at the Denver Children's Hospital.

So okay , I have been in the Dog House with Hubby ..I spent to much on stamping stuff can I hear some Awwwwwwwwww sent my way ..So anyway my Mojo went and left , Its hard being in the dog house ..I thought it was the men that were suppose to be there , whats up with that ???..so I dont know how crazy I am about this one ..
So whats up with the Doilies lately with me ..Ill tell you ..I wanted doiles last year and couldnt find any till after Valentines , so this year im making up for it ..Plus Im kinda gonna change my style as I learn ,I love shabby chic ..If you haven't been on my Blog yet you can see what my style was about two to three pages over ..
So this Image is Karens Doodles and I used the Free Valentine saying from Verve Stamps , it was a free Digi ..And im using the Basic Grey " Bitter Sweet" paper and Kraft Cardstock from Papertey ...Colored with copics ..A Charm and Ribbion from I dont know where haha
The Pic didnt come out well as we dont have any sunshine and Havent for awhile , its much better in person ..Ill take another when and if the sun ever comes back ..

No Valentines But Look !!!

So can you believe this is happening ..we went out today and Almost didnt get home cuz there was a head on collision and closed the only road we know to get home for 10 hours ..But luckly we were told how to get around it , in the boonies and stuff and made it home where we are cozy with our little baby dogs , cozyed up and hot chocolate chip cookies fresh out of the oven ummmmmmmmmmmm ..So now im happy ..
Our two big Boys ...( Brown is Buster Black and white Checkes) in the snow ..They are covered but dont seem to mind it much ..

So heres ole Buster the cow and Sasha our Big girl..out braving the weather ..But sasha loves it .She's always been a snow dog ..I think she misses Co as much as I do ..

Valentine Sweeties

Okay so I dont usually do Valentines ..But when I saw these Digi Images From Karens Doodles I knew I had two get them ..One set is the Boy and Girl and the other is the Turtle and thanks to my new Adobe Photoshop 7 I was able to merge the images together ...Thanks to "Hog Wild About Stamping " and her wonderful U-tube Video On how to do it step by step ..It was great ..
Anyway I love how it turned out .they are Just too cute for words ...
Now I know I dont post that much , its because i Feel I guess nobody comes but if you do LMK and then Ill post more ..

Coffee Cardigan

Spinner Cards

So these are the spinners I made after getting inspiration from Debbie Olsen ( she rocks in my book lol) and so I taught a class on this and also made 8 for our grandkids and actually hubby helped as it was raining and he had nothing to do ..So I knew then he was ripe for the pickin hahahah..I love these cards ...

This is my post it note holder I made with High Hopes stamps I think they are so waaaaaay cute ..I got directions for this holder from a girl online and now her name excapes me Ill write it in later ..I have brain fog ahhah
I used red stickles for the wagon as I always wanted a brand new sparkly wagon when I was little and Never got one " Sniffle Sniffle "
I colored with my copics On the Angel Companys Ultra Smooth Cardstcok ..I love how it turned out ..

This is the inside of the holder and the upclose version ...The inside has a Pen and a 2 post it notes and a Pocket for stamps or whatever ..

Snow Globe

Okay so this is quick as im sick ..but i cant stay in bed when I have the body achs YUCKY ..so waiting to take some Nyquil and Im sure you really wanted to know all this ...LOL
anyway the pattern for this is at splitcoast and I think its just the cutiest and I have another Idea on it I will show later , its not a biggie , but maybe someone will give me ther oppion haha
I colored the penquin with my copics ...and used stickles on top for snow and inside snow I put it thru the cuddle bug with the swiss dots ...
It looks scratched or something on the front but its not ...

So here again is the upclose and inside of the card .Believe me I used alot of stickles on the top of the card but it looks so cool in real life ..and probally if this wasnt my first one I probally would of made the stickles more smooth as Im picky like that hahaha..On the penquins hat the ball i used liquid applique ..and words I used are from the Angel Company ..if you spend 30.00 you can can buy this cutie patootie set for 2.99 ..

Hey Im back again ..Sorry again it takes me so long ..But I guess thats the way things roll around here ya know ...
Anyway in my blog hopping I ran across this lady that sells SU and does differnt things with punches and this was one of them , her bog is " Wunsapona Time"..Isnt he TOO CUTE ..??
I love him and so ill teach a class on him next month ..Just in time for christmas ..
I will be making these for my Grand daughter ..

Sooooooooooooo this is the opening of the box ..Not big , but you can put Gift card in and candy or stamps and some markers ..Also my hubby made me a template for a bigger square box ...Its nice to have someone know what there doing..

New Class

Hey Everyone ..Well My first class at the RED BARN went well and so they wanted another one and there like me , They like things that Move and Pop and shake hahah
so I decided to make this POP UP card .They wanted Christmas Cards so her it is ..It took me awhile to figure out what I wanted to do ..But finally I did and the class is next week so I am cutting it close YIKES!
I use my Kaleidacolor Stamp pad in the blues and stamped the Frosty the Snowman saying ..and of course I had to sing along with it ..And so did my dogs , or were they barking at my sining Hummmmmmmmmmmm ...." Wink WInk"
The I stamped and cut out my snowman and colored him with my copics and use stickles on his cuff and POP him up on pop dots and I stamped the holly on patterned paper and use stickles for the berries and cut out and POPED up on Dots as well ...Used my mathra stwert punch on the bottom paper ...I really love it .

Happy Sunday ..I Today im showing a card I made with a digi image and I love these girls ..I cant remember where I got it , but when I do Ill put it on my blog ..I know i have it somewhere as I want to go back and see when she puts new ones up ..Now I wouldnt give up my Stamps EVER , but i find this fun once in awhile to get and you get it instantly .
I colored her with my copics and the butterfly is from stampin up die cut,I also wanted the shadow effect on it , so I added black butterfly die cut under neath and I just love this paper from Basic grey ..I love to get those little 6x6 pads ..There great for cards
I also use prima flowers from Hobby Lobby and some spacers and a leaf die cut from Stampin up as well .Also some flower soft in the middle of the flowers .Then hummmmmmm I guess thats it ..

In side of my card ..Just simple and done with Stickers that i havent used in years ..I find this is a good way to use them ...

My Possums

So here is a card I put at the Red Barn to sell I love these guys and when I saw this stamp I knew I had to have them as If you read a few months ago and saw I had some Bad Bad Possums underneath our home and BELIEVE me they are not so cute ..
I had fun coloring these ..It didnt come with the base of the tree so I had to make one as I wanted a more finished look ..Hubby didnt like the the paper, BUT I used It anyway hehehe , In person its so much better ..Sorry the pictures are'nt better ..
I used my copics ..and embelleshed with buttons and ribbion ...thats about it..

Secret Sisiter

This is a card I made for my NEW secret DIVA ..YOu send two cards a month to each other and then at the end reviel who you are , too fun..
I used a Sarah Kay image ( which I LOVE LOVE LOVE ) and I did some embossing by hand and Some cutting out by hand on the right hand side of my card ..Some sparkle was added with some small rehinstones ..I love this card so much that I made another one to sell at the Red Barn and plan on doing this more in the future with more of my cards ..I got so inspired by Jerri and her cards ( Which will totally blow your mind ) Over at the " Touch OF Grace " http://jerrikay.blogs.splitcoaststampers.com/

Work Shop at the Barn

This is the WONDERFUL nice place to have sandwitches and soup and the BEST pastrys EVER !!!...
Anyway they ( being the onwner Marri and her Mother Theresa) asked me to give a workshop On the 14th Of Oct ...and Of couse I was EXCITED ..and they also aske me to display some cards to sell ...I was overwhelemed with joy and a tinch of fright ..But anyway needless to say im working my butt off tying to make cards and kits for my demo ...So ill start showing some of the cards I have dislayed for sale..

MIss Maggie

So what would the farm be without our baby maggie ...Okay shes not a baby anymore she about two years old a Pigmy Goat so she is small ..when we moved here we didnt have a Lawn mower and we had two acres to mow and we were broke ...(We lived in the Co mountains before so we didnt need a mower hahaha)So when your in this situation what should you do ??? of couse get a goat ..hahaha NOT! this girl is so spoiled ,,and have you ever seen a man walk his Dog and Goat at the same time ? well thats what happens her , Maggie loves her daddy and he built her what I call the Goat Condo ...now tell me she isnt spoiled ...

Cow Babies feeding

So okay we have to start with FARMER VINNY ...to show you how big the bottles are even tho he didnt smile , hes kinda cute ...not the cows Vinny hahaha
If it werent for him and the hard work he does we wouldnt have are cows cuz im a wossie girl hahaha ...
anyway we had to feed them EACH two bottles morning and night and ONE in the Afternoon ..WOW! but now there Finally ready for Hay and Grain ...YIPPY ! cheaper ..

NOw arent these the cutiest faces EVER! you can tell im a proud Mama hehehe

Double fisted feeding hahaha This isnt easy ..believe me but someone had to take the Picture ...If you ever seen cows feeding off there mom they hit her utter and might I add very hard and so they do the same thing on the bottle and if your not holding on you will loose the bottle and get thrown back ...on your keester hahaha

This is a Quickie ..I added this card as well in my Secret Sister package ...It was made out of an envolpe ( Long One ) that I sealed and I cant remember who it was I saw this from , but one of the blogs I visist all the time ...
You seal it , cut off the top and border punch the top ....and out of the top is a card I made and inserted ...I forgot to take a picture of that ...

I learn how to make some new flowers out of rickrack and so I used felt rickrack which now I dont remember where I got it , but wish I did ..I loved it and I think they came out pretty good ..made butterflys from Martha Stwert Punches ...Colored with Copics ...

Okay so Its my Buddys B-day and I had already made a Alota card for her ..But then i realized she wanted a Tilda ...My buddy is SPOILED you know who you are and you know you are silly girl ...so I did this card for her and she was thrilled and Im so happy she like it and hope you do as well ...I love to color so this gave me so much to do and I love putting other stamps together as well ...Too fun ...

Below is the upclose of my card ...I used a few different stamps here and Alot of masking ...Tida stamp , bench from Wiff Of Joy , Dog from the Angel Company and Ballons from I dont remember where hahahaha ..I also used many differnt copics and in colors Im not use too ..it was nice not to be in my comfort zone ..I love this paper Bloom to grow ....the colors are wonderful ...

Thank YOU Gift For Secret Sister

So Secret Sister is Over and I got this WONDERFUL gift from mine with Lovely paper Packs and Goodies , so I wanted to say thank you I sent her some Angel Company Stamps and this Thank you card which I use two Different Stamps ...One is Tilda with Bird ..the other was a corner stamp Im not sure where I got it ...I thought they looked good together ....Colored with my copics and added Flower soft to the Center of the flowers and I think I like it ..hehehe I also added some dew Drops in the corner ...All in all Im pretty pleased , Not bad for a NEW Farm gal HUH hahaha

I got this pattern From a lady in Germany and I cant remember her name ...But she had the instructions in German , But i figured it out cuz the Score pal she used and the pictures ...So I made this and gave it to my secret sister with small stamps in it , Decortive Edge cutters and other goodies ..I think it came out better thatn the picture did haha ..The Girl on the front is a Sugar Nellie that I colored with my copics and cut with my nesties ...

Babies Up CLose & Personal ")

Okay so Im a proud MOMMY ..I just love them ..I thought yesterday tho I was gonna give up .trying to get them fed was a crazy mess ...They wouldnt eat , no matter what we did ..Then Finally they drank a whole bottle ..Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeew ...My back hurt so bad it was crazy ...
Okay so today was a snap and so fun to feed they took to it like a duck to water and were really hungry ..it made me feel good to see them eat ..they were too skinny , but what should I expect them just being hatched ( Hummmmmmmmm is that right hehehe)
Okay so now I know when a Dairy guy asked me what kind of Cow I want I know to say a Gurnsey thats the Brown one name BUSTER my baby ...and the Black and white one is a HOLSTEIN ..that is CHECKERS my hubbys ...
To tell you the truth tho I would probally say again I want a brown one hhehehe

This is "CHECKERS" my hubbys baby ..He wont come out much of his hut ..I think he feels safe in there...

We HAd Babies !!!!

Okay So Today we went and Got our babies off the Farm YIPPY !!!! They are both like
a day old and so we will have to Bottle feed them ....
So here I am a CITY girl ..waaaaaaaaaaaaaay City Girl and well you would of laughed at me big time if you saw me ..They asked me what kind I wanted and I said I wanted a BROWN one ..Well I guess those ole farmers thought that was funny ...But I got what I wanted ..hehehehe ...He is so cutie Patootie and when our eyes met and I knew it was Love hahaha ..So we get Home and Vinny takes the brown one out ( we dont have names for them Yet ) and took it to the fenced area we have and left me in the back with the other one...No biggie , Im bigger than this old baby , Right ?? well it started Bucking and running and mooing and I had a leash on it and was Yelling to Vince to get back here ...I cryed like a Baby ..Okay I didnt cry , but it was funny ..I just didnt want anyone to drive by and see me trying to handle a little baby cow ...
I know ill be the Talk of this Town ..But you have to admitt ..There Cute ...

Miss Trudys Trade .

Okay So My Trudy girl is the one that I told you got me Hooked on stamping by showing me all the AngelCo Stamps ..So now that we are Both settled a little bit , (Both of us moved from Co , she had another Baby ) we have been doing a couple trades and this is the card I made for her ...I colored with my copics and Put two different Stickles On the wings ..and I paper Pieced the Dress ...The Wonderful Paper I used is from Graphic 45 the Baby paper hahaha I forget the name ..
I think this card came out alright , Im pretty happy with it ..I wanted to give my hand a try at a smaller card ...

Okay so My baby boy is 31..Not so much a baby ..hahah still I will always think of them that way ...Im not really good with Male cards and You would think I should have something there, as all my Children ( 3 ) are All Boys , But yet nothing, I cant think of anything , Pure blank ..I had been waiting for 1 1/2 Years to get this Stampin Up Set ..I dont know why I waited so long cuz heaven knows I buy all the other stamps I see hahaha

anyway I used my copics and I had a piece of that lattice that I had someone cut for me years ago and tryed it ..I love it .I also used my Martha Stewart Butterfly Punch and some sparkles ...Im really liking my cards lately and there getting harder to give away ..BUT! if you dont give them away , what do you do with them ?? it will make people happy ..Right ?

So my buddy DANA was going to the Doc's and it was one of those Visits that wasnt going to be fun , so I told her I would make her a card and send her a goodie ..Well that was a few weeks ago and she just got it today ...So Im late , but I come through..hahah
Anyway I used my cute as a Button " Sugar Nellies " Stamp as it reminded me of her and I as we met thu the mail ...
I used my copics and I think Im coming along better now as a few things clicked over the last week and I just love how I was able to blend ALOT BETTER ..
Then I also used my crocheted flowers I made and a Butterfly charm ..I ljust love using the charms ...I just need to know where to get more ...

Below is the up close picture ...I got those Jewels at Michaels when I was in Co and they were getting rid of them and I wish I would had got more of them ..I love how it looks on this card ..

MOM's B-DAY Card

So My MOm just turned 80 and Yup her Birthday was on April 1st , Fools day hahaha

Precious Secret Sister

Okay so it was Secret Sister time and I have been wanting to use my precious Moments stamps I have had for a LOng while ...I love these stamps ..Anyway I had to wait till she got her card before I put it on my blog ..
I know I have been slow , but I have had a spring cold and I have two birthday cards to make and I want to start Easter cards ....
I used my copics on this and I love them , still learning .YIKES! then I have been loveing the crocheted flowers I have been seeing and Im a beginner at crocheting , but Ive taught myself everything else , so why not these and I think they came out okay for a beginner (SMILE, SMILE ) and used a rose in the middle ,,,and the rest is just self Explanitory ( DID I spell that right ???HUmmm)

My Stamping Room

Okay so my buddy Dana wanted to see my Craft room as Im rearanging it and its sorta clean ...I dont know really how long that will last but Its nice know where everything is sence I got these shelves and then bought some pretty photo boxes when they were on sale Yeaaaaaaaaaaaa ...So I keep my cuddle bug and dies cuts and more stamps and this and that I put on cards ...
Below is by the door and these are sheleves I just got for free I have another on in the other corner of the room
Okay here is my paper table I Mostly Love my Hubby got two old cabnets and sanded the and put them back to back and I painted them ..Then he used an old door for the table top and and added a table finish ( I dont know what it's called ) to the top , you cant even tell its a door and then I added wall paper border to the front and back and its on wheels and the two sides go Up and Down if I want a smaller or larget table and there storage on the front and back . I have a HUGE cutting mat on it and a scrap box to throw bits and Pieces of paper in till I can put it it my other box and this is where I cut and put my cards together ..I love it ..Truley a work of love ..awwwwwwwwwwwwww :0

This is on the other wall of my window picture at bottom of this ( I guess Im going backwards lol) and this is where I stamp and In the wire drawers I have stamp pads in two and stickles and chalk and adhesive and and stuff and then hubby put my hanging lights so I can see as I need alot of light and and again I hang stuff from wire ranks. Then next to the table I have shelve where I keep one box for my cardstock scrap paper and one for my reg scrap paper and I have one for yet more ribbon and one with more paper ..the other table next to the door is wooden stamps on top and in the table my hubby also made and I painted ...

Okay so these are my wire shelves on the next wall from the Photo below and I have ribbion hanging in the loops of the wire and I have s hooks to hang stuff ( including more stamps Wink wink ) so I dont forget I have this stuff , bottons are on there some paper at the end and well stuff lol. Also you see a glimps of my paper table .

So this is as you enter my room ..I have my coloring table there by the window and thats where I do all my coloring , I have Two really big Baskets underneath the table of cling stamps ( and we wont even say how many are in there YIKES! ) I have a table next to it ( A 5.00 yard sale find baby changing table like new , we painted white ) I store my punches and stuff and maybe a small basket if cling stamps hahaha and of course my T.V. have to have it and my two yard sale chairs we painted the one white and recoved it 7.00 Yippy ...Now why do I need two chairs ???My Poodle Children I have to have them whereever I am ..:)
Also Next to my table is a paper stand hubby made for me , nothing fancy but does the job ,,

Not A Winner ( Sniff, Sniff) LOL

Okay SO Ive been awhile ..But i got new , well used ,but new to me lolsheleves and I was making my craft room over and now I can find things Yeaaaaaaaaaa , Humm I wonder how long that will last ..But it's all good now ..So Okay on to my sad story.
I sell stamps for the Angel Company and One of the perks is you can enter card contests to Win Stamps ..I was so scared but decided to give it a whirl ...So I used the stamp set " HATS Off" on page 63of the catty and Catelynne paper on page 68 ..I love that paper ..Anyway I wanted to be different and so I wanted to do Paper pleats I love to do that ..so Thats what I did and the top card I wanted it to look like a old time bloouse with a Brouch ( I cant spell darn it ) in the middle so I added Crystal Effects and I love the cards ..Not my best but still fun to make ..Now im trying to get up enough nerve to try again for April 1st ..ill let you know what I do ..
Ill have another card soon as my secret sister is due and she really isnt a secret anymore hahahaha..Long story .

So for Hubby I really tried to not make it Girly , I used stripe paper and no matter what you do for Valentines its gonna be girly ..anyway we all know its all about the Girls anyway hehehe ...I used my copics , I have to tell ya , im really loveing these ..I also used a Sarah Kay stamp , too cute ..and found Heart dolies and I said what the heck and threw caution to the wind and went for it ..so he liked it and I guess thats all that mattered anyway ..we had a very nice day ..

Valentines For My Buddies

Okay so here are my Valentine Cards ..I know im late but I had Computer Problems and was with out a computer and man do I HATE that ..I have to have a computer so I can get my cards on here for my 2 fans that I have LOL
anyway they are both Simluar but different ..I use Copics on both and used the fur Tecnique to color in my Kitties ( if you go to I LIKE MARKERS.blogspot.com you find this and many other tecniques ) I love it ..and then The one just below I I made for my good Buddy Dana and used Yoyos I made the bottom corner and a pink ribbion to kind make a corner embelishment in the upper corner and I saw how others where using
doilies and so I thought I would give it a whirl ..I do love how they came out ..

This card below is Jackies Card ( my secret Sister ) and I Did make it a little different ..but still have the dolies on it ..and used flower and heart accent on the flower and both have charms ..

This is the inside of my cards ..( Now my friends will know both where the same lol)
I love doing the inside as it only takes a min and really adds to the whole thing ..

I used Angel Company Paper and a Quick Kuts die cut and then I made some Yo Yo circles which I use alot and I think it came out rather well ..Im saying Im even surprizing myself here lately hahaha

Well I had to add the inside to the card Below as I didnt use to do the inside of cards , but now I think its a sin not too.LOL
As it really does add to your card and you put all that work into in it in the first place why not go a step futher ...
I ruined a pictured I colored before the one that is on the card and instead if tossing it I saved bits and pieces for the inside .Worked out great huh?? I do have more .......

So My good Buddy Trudy and I decided to trade images , Then she made it more interesting and said "lets make a card for each other and send them " I was kinda scared as she is Very Very Good , In fact she is the one who got me Hooked On stamps ..I signed under her to sell Angel company stamps...I always Love her cards ..You should go see her At Trudy's Treasures you'll find her listed on the left of my blog and can click on there to get to her .
So I picked this Image she sent from High Hopes ..I was kinda scared as I was thinking little kid , Bright colors and im not to good at this ..But I think Im getting better at it ..I used my copics and pencils ( as I dont own alot of copics ,YET hehe) and on the wind shild and tail light and the head light I used Glossy Accecnts .I also tried to make a glow on the headlight.I added Dew drops in the corner and I think you can guess the litte Do DAD I used on the ribbion ..") I had some Jewelry findings for the tires and red brads ..

Playing Possum

Okay so for days now we have been hearing alot of banging in the bathroom ..It would mostly happen at night ..I would go to find my Hubby on the floor over the heating vent bangging back at this creature .Trying to figure out what it was ..It was trying to push its way through the vent ..My Husbad , The great white Hunter that he is, poked a hole in the vent to see what it could be ..Sure enough they were eyeball to eyeball ..Too funny ..
So now what to do ..we ran across a person who lives a few houses down and they had a live trap ..and so you can see what we caught ..a HUGE possum ..The guys were very nice to take hin off our hands ..I was so scared ..This thing is icky and it hisses at you ..
So now we can sleep at night right ??? that would be a NO a Big NO
he left his girlfriend behind I guess or boyfriend who can tell these days ..") so she is more clever tho , it took us two nites to catch her ..So we can only pray they are all gone now and we will have no more run in's with these guys ...I want to go back to CO ...

So I have a pen Friend who ( even tho have never met in person) has become a dear friend and well its her Birthday next week and so I needed to get busy and make a card for her ..I used this Whipper Snapper Girl ( soooooooo darn cute ) and then It took me awhile to get the right paper ..Im telling you its all in the paper ..So I came up with this ..And Im very happy with it .Its is smaller than my other cards ..When you look close you can see the Bling I used for her shoe Buckles and Buttons on her dress ..I used my copics , except for the hair , Im not good with copics on hair hehehe

Bible Study Journals

Okay , so we finally found a CHURCH to go to and they have Womans Bible Study on Mondays with a lovely bunch of woman ...I am so happy to have found them . So I thought I would make them each a Journal for Prayer Ect. Well I have only got 5 of them made and will take them tomarrow in hopes they will like them and man I still have about 7 to go ...I also Have a WONDEFUL pen-pal who's doing WEIGHT Watchers and has inspired me to get back on the wagon ..So I am going to make a Journal for her as well to help her Journal her Journey ..She has been such a great Freind to me Spritauly ..and has try to make sure I was not lonely and sad .She didnt turn me away when I asked questions ..she took time ( as we should ) to help me on MY journey with the LORD..I just love her for that and thats what it's all about ..So I want to give her a piece of my heart ,..As I do put my WHOLE heart in these, Thanks Patrica ..Then I have another WONDERFUL penpal who encourges me to be Creative and she said I had better put my Journals On my Blog . So here they are DANA ..Hope you all like them ..she has help me to have a little more confidence in my creative abilty..

Okay so I know i havent been posting lately and I think I have been letting Depression and the lack of friends get to me ..But ya know I have GOD and so I need to start looking to him ..so I will try and start adding more things to my blog and just have fun ..

Lookie at me, would ya ....I finally got something else done ..Boy I tell ya being Anemic is not for wimps ...I hate sleeping and they say its gonna be another 4 weeks before they can tell if the Mega doses of Iron is going to help ..I have so many of these Ideas its crazy ..I just cant do them ..
So is this not the cutiest little card EVAH? I love it ...You can see it opens ..and the little pocket at the bottom is suppose to just look like a pocket ..But I have to have it work ..so I trifolded it ..and put a velcro under the button ..and Unter the flap is room to put a gift card , or another messege ...
Of course I used the Angel Companys "Up Town Girl " Paper ..I love it so much ..and then I used our " Girlz & Boyz" stamp Set ...is it not the cutiest ??
If you like the stamp sets and would like them , just let me know ...

We have tons of land ... Just found out we have a Peach , Apple , Pear Trees , which were told by the lady that we bought from Hold so much juicy ,yummy fruit we wont be able to keep up , then we have a Grape Vine which is going crazy right now and not one but Three Walnut trees ..could you beleve it ..
Wish I new how to can ..then Hubby planted a garden ( which I never had ) a huge one ..man ..Its like the Beverly HillBillys going to Hollywood only in reverse LOL
In the morning I hear the Cows across the street Mooing and the Cock -a-doodle dooooooooo from next door ...Its amazing ...
Okay so Here is a great Chicken Salad to make for the Summer ..
A couple Chicken Breasts .( or enough to feed your cow pokes )
a couple Apples diced
celery chopped
Cranrasins or just rasins
Walnut chopped
Mayo
Blend and Put in the frig overnite , Tasted better when cold and Yummy ..way yummy ...

Okay Im soooooooo sorry ..I have been having major trouble with my computer and cant seem to get done what I want to ..Im having troubles getting the picture on here ..I hope by the time im done writng this I will be able to ..
This is kinda Ati-climatic Now ..is that the word i want to use lol
But It has a little journel hanging from the top ..and down the line after the big picture in the middle Im going to put a pocket , so I can put things like the names and date and info on my dogs ..and Yes they have there own name stamp , doent every doggie ???LOL
then next I want to put an a accordion fold book so I can have many more pictures added ..also when It close I can add the toy i got when I got Bunni bear ....I just think its way cool ..Also if you dont want a hangin book you can put a haning frame ..why wonderful :)

Happy Sunday to all ...Well here is my Unveiling Of my 3-D House Album ...It a big deal to me as I never Make Scrapbooks much ..I love this one and Im only showing you the outside as I have to finish up one of the insides so you can get the full effect ..I made one for my Doggies ( cuz I Love them so much ) and one for someone who just moved and thought they could put the pics of there house in there and details ..The Possiblities are endless , Grandma and Pappys house , Our Renovations, Our Kids Play House ..ect ..You get the Idea ...The Dog House is 4" tall and Wide and the Green is 3" tall and Wide ..

RAK ( Random Act Of Kindness)

OKay so I MUST share this with you ...it took me awhile as I had to stop crying first ...I must admitt I havent lived where I could have any friends ,so I havent enjoyed anybody for over 6 years now( ya know go have coffe and giggle like little school girls ) and kids dont write there in there own world I wont even hear from them on Mothers day, and so I can get very , very lonely & sad ....Sometimes you think nobody cares ...then an ANGEL is sent your way ...

Today a lady I trade ATC's with ,knew I was trying my best to do Weight Watchers and today I recieve a Package from her and I couldnt amagine what it could be , way to big for ATC's. Well she sent me W.W. Recipes and not only did she send me 15 of them , but each on a 6x6 card , decorated and everything.Well you just dont know hown special that made me feel ., Someone actually thought of me Diana Molinaro...I cryed for along time ...NOw you may think, and she probally did as well that it was no big deal ...BUt to me It was like a WHOLE BIG DEAL and me feel like someone cared enough to do all that and That someone actually thought of me ...and well to me it was like Christmas .

So All's I can say is the next time you think of someone and you think maybe this little card or something aint no big deal and then decide not to do it ..

Please do cuz it might be just what God wants you to do for that person and may effect that person in a BIG WAY...I know it did me and Robin I thank God for you ..YOUR MY ANGEL

I think I do pretty good with my ANGEL STAMPS ....of course I had to paint the grass and I even for the water used a Crystal Laqure ...can you belive it ...who would of thunk it ..it works on rocks ..LOL Im so amazing sometimes I DO get a thought ..LOL

So here we are yet again ..and my Hubby is amazing me more and more ...I think we might have to start his own blog...So His Daughter Heather sent him Pictures of her Doggies and he painted them with ease ..I believe he has found his calling ...who would of thunk it ..

Now it's a little foggie around the edges , cuz i scanned this big ole rock sence my camera isnt working at this time ...But you can tell how wonderful it is ...We decided to go to the Swap meet and see if anyone wants him to paint for them there animals for yard art ...30.00 for one 50 for two ..what do you think ??let me know ...also he'll do yours as well ...

So I have this one and only friend I made out here and she has been sicky for awhile , well since Christmas , with her sinuses and so she finally had to have surgery ....so I made yet another Card and I love Jewish Sayings so the card reads on front ...Oy-Vey ...and on the inside it reads " Enough with the Sick Already " I thought that was appropriate sence she has been sick so long ..Stamp used by ' Stampin Up " I know I need to use my wonderful Angel Stamps ..I just didnt have anything on hand ..Anyway I thought it was cute and the saying is from Ruths , dang something I 'll have to get back on that one ..my bad ,,

Okay so I had told you we we're painting rocks ..well my husband has been doing more of that than me ..and well I couldnt believe this last one ..

He just looked at the pictures of my two poodles , Bunni -Bear ( white ) and Boo-Boo( gray/black) and just painted them ..they are so good I had to show and tell..

so here is the picture he took it from ,Well 2 actually ..The only difference is Bunni ( white ) is much smaller but in the reg. Picture she looks bigger cuz its a close up ..

well I had to show off my hubby , now back to stampin ...LOL

Mother's Day Card

So look at me go ...I guess theres no stopping me now ...Yep I made a Mothers day card ..now you know im not great at the card thing , im better at ATC's But i saw something like this on anothers blog ...sorry I forget who ...and then tweaked it here and there and made it my own , and im NEVER on time ..Guess I will bet this time ..

Okay so I played yesterday ...It's great that im starting to feel better now that I have my sleep apnea machine and there changing Anti- Anxiety and depression Meds ..I feel like im awake now ..and Believe me that is so forgein to me ..
So .I made this little gift envolpe Im giving to a person Im going to meet soon and thought it would be a nice how-de-do to have a little something for her ...
These are so fun and easy to make ..you just need one envolope and lick it closed and cut with your scolloped scissors and cut about 1/4 of the way down ..and then on the bottom I trim Just a tinch off the top of the bottom part as it will have the other side of the scollop ..
decorate and then crimp the bottom of the envolope only and the top will fit right on ..
Ya know it's all in the presentation Dont ya think ???

Alis Birthday Card

Well Im not really great with cards ...but i do believe this one came out great ..Im so excited and Im on time for once ..Yeah for me ...This is Ali's card our Grand baby in Co.

I used The Angel Companys " Ice Cream" stamp set , and also out Ulta-smooth White Cardstock , then I had to try our crop-a-dile and it's Wonderful ..I squeezed to hard and you dont have too just a little squeeze goes along way , and if you have a party right now of 100.00 or more you can get the Crop-a-dile for half price ..Cant beat that and sometyhing else like the 'Bind- It-ALl , or the Score -Pal ....Anyway with a stamp this cute how can you make a bad card HUH?? Oh I also used Liquid Applique for the Whip topping on the Ice Crean Sunday and banana Split ..

Hurray ..I got something more done ...Here are my new atc's using The Butterfly Swirls Stamp from the Angel company in our Spring Suppliment and also Wonderful day , also from the angel company ..The backround for the butterfly was done using the K-pad and Alcohol and ya know I sprinkled a little salt on there as well ..and when it dryed it wasnt dark enough for me so I dumped the salt and and did the whole process again ..

Then crazy me got tired of the Bryer so I just got different ink ( one color) and rubbed the ink pad all over the glossy paper then gave the ink pad a good twist in places so there would be more , and darker ink and ya know it was great so mu

ch so I made a bunch of different colors , to have on hand when needed ...So Im into Jewels so I had bought some jewels from Walmart a while back they were discounted for .50cent and they were jewels to use to decorate your cell phone holder ..I have tons ..So ladies always check out the sales bin and I dont care if it's used for automotive, it might also be get for your cards and Scrapbooks ..
